Pine Tree Equity I, LP (“Pine Tree Equity”), a private equity firm based in Miami, FL, is pleased to announce that it has acquired EnviroVac Holdings, Inc. (“EnviroVac” or the “Company”) in March 2009. The Company, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Savannah, GA, is a leading regional provider of environmental and industrial maintenance with projects ranging from routine maintenance, utilizing high pressure washing equipment and vacuum trucks, to plant outage and site remediation. Pine Tree Equity partnered with the founding entrepreneur of EnviroVac to recapitalize the platform in order to materially expand the equipment base and aggressively pursue add-on acquisitions. As a result, Pine Tree Equity is actively searching for add-on acquisitions of competitive or complementary companies – with revenue of $1.0 million to $20.0 million – that utilize hydro blasters and / or vacuum trucks for environmental and industrial maintenance in the Mid Atlantic, Southeast or South.
