Pine Tree Equity IV, LP (“Pine Tree Equity”), a private equity firm based in Miami, FL, is pleased to announce that it has recapitalized Kids Speech, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Inc. (“Kids S.P.O.T.” or the “Company”) in January 2020. The Company, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Hollywood, FL, is a leading provider of speech, physical and occupational therapy for children who have physical and/or learning challenges due to congenital causes, illness or injury. The Company’s highly trained and experienced therapists provide outpatient rehabilitative care to children from birth through 21 years old. Kids S.P.O.T. provides its services to patients in treatment centers across Florida.

Pine Tree Equity partnered with the founders of Kids S.P.O.T. to recapitalize the platform in order to accelerate the Company’s geographic expansion and pursue complementary add-on acquisitions.
